*Content Advisory: Due to adult language and adult themes, children under the age of 17 will not be admitted to Take Me Out, Bug, or Jerry Springer: The Opera unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Your tickets will be waiting for you at Will Call. With all reservations we reserve the right to release your tickets if they have not been picked up by 10 minutes prior to curtain. If they are being held with a credit card, we reserve the right to charge your credit card if they have not been picked up by curtain time.

If you are purchasing Student tickets, box office personnel will ask for a current valid student ID when you pick up your tickets. Please note a student cannot purchase multiple student tickets with one ID; each student ticket sold requires a unique student ID. If you are using your Enjoy the Arts/START/Passport membership, box office personnel will ask to see your membership card when you pick up your tickets. Please remember that Enjoy the Arts/START/Passport discounts are good for two people maximum, a member and a guest, and the member must be in attendance in order to use the discount.

All sales are final; however, we do offer exchanges on tickets of equal value by calling the box office 513.621.3700, but these exchanges are subject to availability. A $2 service fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged.

All of our performances have festival seating. The doors open half an hour before curtain.

NSC's theatre space can accommodate patrons who are wheelchair-users and those who have mobility issues with an elevator to our 2nd floor performance space. Wheelchair seating in the theaters is subject to availability and should be requested in advance by contacting the NSC box office at 513.621.3700. If you have a wheelchair or if you need an aisle seat, please arrive half an hour prior to curtain and alert the Box Office Staff who will assist with the elevator and seat you before house opens. If our box office is not alerted before the house is open, which is half an hour before curtain, special needs seats are subject to availability. Please note that the elevator will be in continuous operation until curtain time, so if you do not require a special needs seat, you do not need to contact the box office ahead of time.

As a courtesy to other patrons and to the performers, latecomers and those who exit the theater during the performance will not be admitted into the theatre until an appropriate interval as determined by the Box Office Staff, which may not be until intermission. Latecomers will be seated in available seating that will not disturb other theatre patrons.

We regret that cameras, video/audio recording devices are prohibited. This policy is strictly reinforced by the house management staff.

The Ohio Revised Code (R.C. 2923.126) has established the privilege of carrying a concealed handgun to Ohio citizens who have obtained the proper license. The same law explicitly grants private employers in the State the right to prohibit their employees and visitors from possessing firearms on the employer's premises. With this notification, New Stage Collective is informing you that it prohibits weapons of any kind on its premises, and reserves the right to search all persons, parcels and vehicles on the same. This policy applies to all employees, patrons and visitors to the facility.
